That looks to be in a language I cannot understand.
It’s Sony Ericsson S700i, tri-band, rotating phone, Bluetooth, 32MB built in memory, memory expansion slot, video capture and 1 mega pixel built in camera. Plus bunch of other standard feature.

I sell these phones for a living. My opinion is that it is a great phone, but it is too huge.
Got a lot of "stuff" but since it is so huge we sell it mostly to "gadgetsfreaks" eventhoug it could be a great tool for a professional.
The word "gadgetfreak" is not ment to be bad in any way. We sell a lot of K700i with less "stuff" but also smaller.
