Fellow San Diego NSX owners,
I plan on sending in my trunk struts to strutwise for repair this week or next week. Does anyone else want to send their struts also, we can send them together if you like?
Frank @ strutwise.com did my engine struts before, and they turned out better than new. You can do a search on prime and see that he does a great job fixing the struts.
He originally quoted me $45/per side for the engine struts, but he said mine had terrible plier damage and charged me $55. My total for both side and return shipping was $126.20 (it cost me an extra ~$10.00 to ship it to him.) It took me around a month to get them back.
I don't know how much trunk struts are, I'll email him and ask him.
