schumacher battery trickle charger

Anyone have instructions for this? I need to know what the red/green lights mean. I have a solid green and a slow blinking red.

Must be resuming charging and then stopping. If that's not what it is then it's not indicated in the manual as to why it's blinking. You might want to give them a call to find out for sure. The solid green light just means you have AC power.

Mine has never doen that. The green light indicates that the charger is plugged in to AC. The red light comes on when the battery reaches full charge. The red light will go on and off as the level of the battery drops and the charger resumes operation, but it does not nomally blink in a regular pattern.

When the light is red its charging, Green means fully charged if it cycles to red its due to it dropping amprage and its re-charging
