scanner recommendations

i've dealt with the entry-level canon USB scanners -- very cheap and reasonable quality. no problems (and i'm the sysadmin, so i'd hear about them too )

I've been looking at getting a replacement scanner as well. HP ScanJet 4670 is at the top of my list. $200 range though.

i've dealt with the entry-level canon USB scanners

I have a Canon LiDE 30 USB scanner and couldn't be more pleased with it.
