Saturday May 22 NSX gathering

Sending this post out to gauge interest in a NSX gathering on Saturday May 22nd in or around Central Florida.

Activites? Location? Lunch? Putt putt?

Our last meeting on April 10th was cancelled due to lack of interest

Let's have a show of hands so that we can decide on whether to proceed.

Sounds like lots of interest so far.

Now let's hear what people want to do.

Thoughts:

1) We can do a drive to the Warbird Museum with lunch in Cocoa Beach (the plan on April 10th)

2) We can do a drive around the hills of Clermont and west Orlando then have lunch in Windermere

3) We can #2 and go gokarting at Lil 500 in Maitland

4) We can just hang out at a state park (say Jetty Park in Cocoa Beach) and picnic, watch cruise ships come in

Each idea has costs. What are people willing to pay? $10, $20 or $30. Once I get an idea of what NSXers are most interested in doing, I'll make arrangements and blast an email to all FL NSXCA members

how about we do it the 29th after Cars and Coffee to make it a all out eventfull day? :biggrin:
 
I've done #3....so I pick #3, but they all sound great to me. It's a fun time, as long as I'm not at the end of the pack on the group drive this time.:wink: By the way...thanks Wei Shen for trying to put this together. I haven't gone to an "all-NSX gathering" since we did DeLeon Springs last year.

Being the "law enforcement pace car" was exciting to say the least!:biggrin::biggrin: I now can say that I took one for the team!:biggrin:

NOTE:
For those that weren't on the drive: No, I didn't get a ticket, but the cops were out lerking for spirited NSX drivers that day and I put a stop to that.:wink:

I like #1 but with the Clermont drive thrown in.
 
I'll be there if HRE can hurry up and get this fixed and back to me in time. Yes, this is the 3rd time I've had this happen on the rear...:mad:

:eek: thats the biggest darned crack ive ever seen :biggrin: lol
