We are having our Christmas party at the Delta King on December 12; time 6-10 PM.

Our absolute deadline for the menu selection and number of attendees is Dec. 8; this is also true with the city for parking permits (see below). Our room has a capacity of 30 max, and we are clsosing in on 20.
We have made special parking arrangements with the City of Sacramento to use the boardwalk for parking. This is a first for them! The first 15 NSXs will receive complimentary boardwalk parking offered by our club; thereafter you will have to pay in advance the club (ie the City) $10 to secure such a permit.
This parking arrangement is with the City of Sacramento and not with Delta King - which still offers valet parking at $6, as well as a complimentary $5 parking validation that can be used only at the city garage building for 3 or 4 hours. The building is about two blocks away parallel to the boardwalk. I am sure we will all opt to park together on the boardwalk. Of course this means you must drive your NSX to the event if you want to be on the boardwalk.
In terms of cost, the dinner tickets are $45 per person (will send menu if interested); this includes one glass of champagne toast but no other beverages. The Sacramento Chapter is subsidizing the event to the tune of $25 per person from the local and national (committed NSXPO 2003 proceeds to the regions) club treasuries to all Sacramento Chapter members. Members of the NW Region may want to check with Tom Kohrs for a similar arrangement.
