To put the S2000 rack into the NSX requires it to be flipped around which is why you need a RHD unit. If you can source one from a RHD country, I'm fairly certain dsepelowski@gmail.com can get you setup with a kit. Last I checked, he also has several of the Accord RHD racks which is a slightly tamer version of the S2K unit.
