Running tail lights

I need some info for this and the manual is confusing.
I need to know how many watts is the running tail light or night lights use. Apparently my friend switch the old ones with a 10watt bulbs. After some time the tail light indicator lights on, then hand brake indicator, then ALB and TCS indicators light on.
The workshop replaced the ones with 5watt but I am still not convinced that the problem will finally be solved. I hope the indicator won't light up this time.
FYI, I was using Raybrig bulb.

Nobody seems to reply.

Anyhow I went to the Honda agent and bought new bulbs. After I installed everything seems to come back normal (no more warning indicators). Today when I switch on the car, the brake lamp indicator lit up. So I open the trunk and re-fix the bulb again. The indicator did not lit off.

Next thing I did since both the brake lamp and hand brake indicator are not lighting off after I switch the engine was to pull down the hand brake before I switch on the engine. To my happy surprise all the indicator lights switch off.

Can somebody explain to me what happen and is there anything that need fixing.
