I have a friend in tampa who can make these from a plastic like material. Its called derlin, not sure how to spell it. I need some to send me 1 rubber stop and one of the guide pads and he will make them for everyone who needs them. My problem is I dont have the parts to give him to copy. If anyone can help out give me a call.. Joe 813 205 5966.

Joe,
HuggaBugga already has the parts, and is producing them as we speak.

I am not sure if he is selling them yet but just to let you know.

Joe is talking about the window guides, not the window regulator pulley upgrade I think.

My friend is ready to make me some as soon as I hand him something to copy.

Huggabugga is now working up some teflon guide bushings. But there is a post in his thread from another member who thinks delrin might be a better solution. (He notes that teflon can cold flow, losing its shape over time.)

While I have the upmost respect for Huggabugga's engineering skills and for his great contributions to the community, I think I would prefer going with delrin myself.

I just had my passanger side regulator rebuilt by Mirror Guard Co. I think I saved one of the old guides that I found in the bottom of the door. I'll check tonight. If I still have it I will pm you for a mailing address.
