I plan on doing the same thing, the OEM's are all rusty and look like crap. 
Also, do you know if these will rust?

It was a nice little project, the hardest part was removing those damn phillips screws holding the rotors on! The rears were impossible to remove while the fronts were fairly easy...and I used a impact (hammer punch) screwdriver for the job.
As for the rust, I've read on www.powerslot.com that they treat the rotors with some military spec rust prohibitor. I guess time will tell. I'll keep nsxprime posted.
