Figured this would be the best forum for this.
I'm looking for a 13" rotor that will fit the front, it can be a 1pc rotor. Something that has the deepest offset possible before ball joint contact. I'm testing a caliper for bbk and would like to find a 1pc rotor to keep cost down for now.

Anyone know of a 5x114 pattern 13" rotor that will fit our cars?

depends on what your setup is in terms of bracket, brake pad sweep (caliper), center bell diameter and wheel offset.

NSX has extremely low off set, i'd recommend you look at a corvette rotor and have a machine shop modify it that should be work. (5x120 > 5x114.3 re drill giving you dual PCD (10lug)
Might still have a 2D CAD draft of a Corvette brake system on a NSX hub assy. (might have lost that one in computer crash though:frown

Corvette really? I thought corvettes were 5x114? You wouldn't by any chance know what vette it's from?

I used 13" 94 to 04 Mustang Cobra ...as deep as you can put on there. Maybe 1mm to 2mm clearance to the lower ball joint.

Worked out perfect! Will be making the caliper bracket next week. Any ideas iqqky on a rear 12" rotor?

Here's a pic of the completed fronts! I must say after driving an Nsx with the stoptech kit front my kit feels pretty much the same. And I was able timepiece it together alot cheaper.

I'm pretty happy with the results. Thanks lqqky for helping with the rotor. If you have any ideas for a 13" rotor for the rear let me know. Something with the same thickness as stock so I can use the OEM caliper as an ebrake.

What caliper is that?


Last year i started researching bigger disks but 2 piece design. Wanted to get a DBA 2 piece rotor but i wasn't fully sure if what i was trying to do would actually work so stopped looking in to it. I was thinking of pairing with spoon calipers at some point but initially just a bigger disk on a OEM caliper. I was chasing the Spoon route for the brand but i believe there are far better calipers out there.

If spoon is the way you want to go just use the na2 front rotor with a spoon monoblock it's what my car had before
