Whats up guys, I know most of the people on this board have their own place, but I also know that you guys have children/friends/friends with kids, so I am advertising this here also. (The more exposure the better right)?
The house I own in Maricopa will have a room for rent at the beginning of March. It is about 15 minutes from Chandler, 10 minutes from Firebird.
House Info:
2000 square feet, 2 story house, built in 2002.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage.
$300.00 plus 1/3 Utilites for normal room, or if you want the master bedroom w/its own bathroom its $450.00 plus 1/3 Utilities.
Directions:
Take I-10 towards Tucson, exit right (west) on Maricopa road.
Go past firebird, make a right (west) at the stop sign where you have to turn.
Head West for about 12 miles, and it is Rancho El Dorado on the left (south) side of the road.
If you want directions to the exact house, let me know, or if you want to see it let me know and I'll drive you out there. It is a nice house so if you are interested let me know (reply here, or send me an e-mail)so you can see it in person.
