This is a roll call to unite those who track or have tracked their NSXs:

More and more people are starting to track NSXs. The NSX is becoming affordable enough to be track cars and more people are turbo and supercharging their cars than ever before. Having a database of the setups and laptimes of those who track their cars will help others know what setups and parts work and what is popular.

The S2000 community as well as many track-oriented forums have threads like this that have been very popular and helpful for the community. Let's start one here for the NSX track community!

Copying from a TrackHQ thread http://www.trackhq.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1190&highlight=suspension

Since we are all track enthusiasts, lap times are paramount, no?

Here is the format I suggest for this thread:

Modifications: S/C, turbo, suspension, etc.

Thanks Billy for trying to gather data......but I miss the KW plug
Way to follow the format John!

I advocate products I like. Ive made many posts in the past about Moton/JRZ 3-ways as they are probably the most popular and commonly found in regional to pro racing in the USA. We ran them in our FX500 and later FX750 cars and they are fantastic. They were more than capable of (and did) win many races in our NSX and took me to victory in many Grand-Am races. We also sell JRZ so PM if interested

I've been a fan of the KW V3 well before it was even available for the NSX or the race team being sponsored by them.

Rumor is the first 10 responded will get a new set of KW V3, then we can post how it rides better than our current setup and also posting better lap times.

 u game, Billy?
How did you know? That's the plan.

Tracked NSX for six years- '79 street-ported RX-7 before that.
Been to: (North to South!) Watkins Glen, Pocono, Summit Pt., VIR, Rockingham, CMP. home track: VIR

Very minimal mods: removed brake rain shields and installed Dali front air deflectors. Upgraded brake pads. RM Racing headers and SS exhaust. That is it!

While I haven't had my NSX on a track yet (I've autocrossed it a couple of times), I may as well go ahead and put myself on this list. It will probably happen before the year is out.

This video kinda sucks, my first rain day but it has audio from my iphone (in the trunk) so you can hear the vroom vroom.

unlemming, in looking at your pic your helmet appears to extend above the A pillar B pillar line, you would thus fail the "stick" test...For your own safety I would run with the roof on and a thinner or removed seat bottom cushion...happy tracking:cool:

I've since removed the seat cushion and left the t-top on, it's a very different driving position to get used to but I felt better about it. I still think I'm screwed if I flip but maybe a little less so now :D. Track is far away though, so I don't get out near as much as I would like.

I just got back from my first day with the SC'd NSX at Spring Mountain Ranch in Nevada. I had a very good day up there. It was great weather. I must say there isn't much head room in this car.
