"Road Race" NSX on Ebay

Hello everyone! Anyone have the 411 on that NSX on Ebay? Its a 91 Black on Ivory with some engine, brake and suspension mods...I am NOT looking for a Carfax but instead want to know if anyone knows the car, the owner or the history.
