What kind of tips will fit the rm exhaust so i can get the new look.

Try here at JC Whitney - they have a selection of options available that you can ither bolt on or have welded (not personally familiar with the RM, but you should get some idea of what will work for you)
This Borla would look super-cool - at 4 1/2" is about the same outlet diameter as my Comptech, which fills the '02 valance outlet nicely. Not cheap though at $220 for the pair.
