First of all, I think that is just an air dam with openings, not the actual ducts (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
The problem with brake ducts on the NSX is, unless you're willing to remove some of the stock equipment (e.g. air conditioning), there isn't a lot of room for ducts. I have ducts that run from my (stock) air dam to my brakes, but they are only two inches in diameter, because that's all you can squeeze alongside the lower corners of the radiator above the core support.

I think ducts are more efficient at channeling a lot of air at a specific spot than deflectors. The deflectors are much simpler to install though. Just my O.

Oops, I meant to quote the first part of NSXTASY's reply. RM sells 2 versions of their lip, the one AK is refering to are in fact vents that to which you zip tie flex tubing to on the back side, which channels air to the brakes. I don't think many people go this route b/c of trhe fact that the lip itself is fragile & chances are, you'll damage the lip before you'll get any prolonged use out of its intended purpose, it's pricier to replace than the RM lip w/o the holes. I would personally get the CF Ritmo deflectors available from SOS, you may also consider other upgrades while you're in there such as stainless braided lines, hi-perf. pads, & drilled rotors--that's the set-up I have.
