Right side sill and pillar and seats wanted

Would appreciate your help as I am getting my car ready to sell. It is a 91 with 222,000 miles, and except for the items listed below, it is in very good shape

I need to replace the right sill which is the piece along the lower side of the right door, and the pillar which is the piece that goes along the back side of the door along the window.

I would still like to find an ivory driver's seat, or find an upholsterer who can match the leather. When I last looked for replacement leather, none could be matched.
