Retaining ring that holdsthe shift boot

I'm looking for the retaining ring that holdsthe shift boot to the knob.
I'd be happy to pay a reasonable amt. plus shipping to anone who may have an extra one laying around.

I think its called the boot band, and this site had them pretty cheap. I've never bought from them, but I think others here have, and I've never heard anything bad.
