replacing stock seats

i seached but cudn't find anything helpful. do you guys know
how to take the seats out for both driver and passnger ?
i need to get them reupholsetered soon so any adv would be
great.

Do they fit perfectly, like OEM?

Would like to make a purchase on a set, but worry they will show obvious mistakes.
