Replacing/checking the air mix motor

Im having issues with air mix motor, or a door being stuck. From time to time, I can hear the motor blowing, but no/little air comes through the vents. Constantly going through the different cycles has cut down on its frequency, but it still happens from time to time only for about 10 minutes. Just enough time to start sweating like I stole something in this Georgia heat. Any help will be appreciated.

Run the test procedure where you run the unit in full auto at max temp for one minute and then at min temp for 1 minute and then press the auto and off ar the same time and see what if anything shows on the display.
