Replacement Antenna for Car Phone?

My antenna got bent and would like to get a replacement (it started rusting anyways). Does anyone know where I can pick one of these up online? I can't seem to find these things anymore anywhere since no one has a car phone.

Also, if its possible, I'd like to get a stubbier one...
