replace steering wheel leather?

Is there a place or a way to have my steering wheel redone. The leather is very worn on the wheel and I would like a new appearance/feel.

I already purchased a brand new shift knob and the wheel looks and feels crappy in comparison.

This is one reason I always wear driving gloves. Keeps skin oil/dirt off of the leather wheel, shouldn't wear out so fast.JMO/YMMV

I also wear driving gloves all the time, but my steering wheel isn't in perfect shape because of the previous owner. I also would like the info mentioned above about replacing the leather.

guys, NO secret here.I just offered period my oem wheel I no longer use as I have a momo thats why i privated him.my oem wheel is flawless and thought he might want it to go withthe new shift knob.thats all.advise use good leather care products and gloves as posted above. sorry for the confusion

You can buy aftermarket leather steering wheel covers. They're not like the stock wheel; you'll see seams and holes where the cover goes around the spokes. But the leather will be in good condition.

Obviously, you can buy a new wheel as another, substantially more expensive option.

I don't know if there is anyone who can re-cover a steering wheel with leather and make it look like the original, which I think was the question being asked here.

I have used AGLA in Plantation FL. In the past for Bmw and Porsche steering wheels.They do great work and even loan you a wheel while yours is being done.I am not sure if they do NSX wheels or airbag wheels.Here is their # 1 800 780 4500
They also do handbrake leather covers.

I just called AGLA and they said there should'nt be any problem doing a NSX steering wheel.They do not have loaner wheels for NSX.Web site is aglausa.com

My solution ended up as just purchasing a used wheel from someone.

Fortunately I was able to find an absolutely perfect example for a fair price.
