Replace chrome exhaust finisher with black ?

Any vendor out there that sells the blacked out version that is simple replacement of the chrome exhaust finisher ?

Has a local aftermarket shop remove and paint it flat black w/ high heat resistant spray.

Looks OEM & sooooooo much better than the chrome one which just collected the dark exhaust soot.

Any DIY'ers have a step by step for removing it the chrome? I feel like this would be a simple DIY besides the removal part.

Been wanting to do this for a year, but I believe you have to remove the rear diffuser and entire rear bumper to get the chrome piece off. A lot of work to remove a simple bracket unfortunately
