Unfortunately, you have to replace it from behind. To remove the panel you have to remove the center armrest and some of the rear panels. I think you have to remove the upper rear trim panel (the one that goes all the way across behind the seats), and the trim panels directly behind the seats. If you are like me, then you’ll end up breaking/deforming some of the plastic fasteners that hold the panels in place. I have replaced all these pieces with adhesive Velcro. Hopefully someone here can tell you how to remove these panels without breaking the plastic fasteners.
Your squeaky center speaker could be due to a bad amp that is driving it. If you disconnect the center speaker, you'll likely never notice its absence and you'll solve the problem. The amp for the cenetr speaker is with your sub at the passenger's foot well. This is the easiest place to get to to disconnect the center speaker too if you decide to go that route.
