Your lucky in that NSX pricing is VERY consistant geographically and for similar models. It's tough to "get a deal" but, unless you're buying from a dealer, it's also tought to get screwed. Consensus is that low to mid 30k does it for 91-93, with NO problems. No snap ring. Mechanical all up to date, perfect, etc. You'll see plenty listed for high 20's, but if you have to drop new tires ($800) and a clutch, well - you're up to low thirties again.
BTW, I was looking at purchasing my first NSX in 2000. An early 90's coupe, MT, with relatively low miles in Colorado. Asking $34,000. That same car, for sale now, probably $31,000.
