removing the bracket that protects the abs from spare tire

I just got a scooped hood and need to remove the bracket that protects the abs from the spare.the spare is removed so no need anyway and cant mount the new hood without removing the bracket.it looks as if it has two mount points the one in the back is a non issue but the front one looks like it connects up and holds other essential wires ,hoses in place.cant find it in the service man. any help welcome

wasnt as hard as it looked.amazing what a little mirror will let you see.two bolts-no brainer.
