You need to slide it forward ~ 1" or so - give it a tap on the rear edge with the palm of your hand if it's stuckAfter you remove the skirt, remove the clips by turning them 45deg then pull them out. To replace, insert the clips in the skirt then just snap it on in the "normal" position
