Hi Ferrand,
I took mine off and replaced it with an aftermarket unit.....
It is easiest to remove the whole bumper and then seperate the lower valance from the bumper.
If you want help, pm or call me anbd we can do it together. It isn't too hard and should take no more than 30 minutes (or so).

Thanks for your offer, Gene. However, I lived quite far away from you, and if I remembered, you are quite busy with your work too... I really don't feel good to have you drive all the way to my house (or my parent's house) just to help me doing the bumper removal.
I probably just get my cousin help me out on that... I'll let you know if I need help though
