What is the best way to REMOVE paint from my calipers? I have read dozens of posts and articles on painting them, but nothing on removing the paint.

sand/bead blasting?
wire brush/dremel?
chemicals? : :frown:

My red paint is starting to peel on two of mine and I need to get the old off before repainting them.

How about a wire wheel in a variable speed drill motor, some paint remover will clean up anything else.

Wire brush will be the best, I had tried variable speed drill w/ wirewheel, maybe the best will be all three combined... from the sharpest brush to the softest to paint thiner being the last. paint stripper / remover in between would work wonders too...

This is exactly what I did, and it worked great.
You will need a few wire brush wheels.
Job will be an easy one if the callipers are off your car.

If the calipers are off the car and disassembled (ready for paint) then you can buy some spray paint remover and use that. I've used it on wheels before and it worked great.
