removing lower bumper skirt

Anyone here remove just the lower bumper skirt? Looks pretty straight forward from the picture diagram. I know, nothing on this car comes off or goes on without a fight.

I have replaced mine recently. From what I remember there were a dozen or so bolts to remove (10mm I think). It was pretty straight forward.
