Removing door trim pieces for refinishing?

I'm planning to refinish the door trim panels (the panels where the switches are) of my 97 NSX soon. I know how to remove the door panels. Can you guys tell me how these trim panels are fasted to the door panels? Are they removed easily then re-installed without damaging them?

Be warned that sometimes the small panel behind the door hanlde comes out like they say, except it might be very tight. I got one side off in under 30 seconds, the other took and hour becuase the lower corner lether was a bit thick, making it very difficult to pull out. Also, in removing the large panel from the door you lift stright up. I did that and it wouldn't come off (and I had all screws removed!) until I jiggled it around a bit.
