The item 005 37735-PR7-A01 CONTROL UNIT, RADIATOR FAN is a control unit and does not contain the relays which switch the "big" currents to the fans. Relays could get fouled by electric arcing which eats the contact material over time. See page 23-112 of the downloadable Service Manual (is available on the NSX Prime website in PDF).
