Spotted this morning at 7:15am north bound just passing the larchmont exit by New Rochelle. Red with NY plates in a bit of a hurry.

I'm trying to remember if I was driving my car that morning I can't remember but I live in Mount Vernon and do frequently drive that route.. DID u see the car from the back?
