Spotted a Red NSX in the visitor parking spot in the parking deck of the Henderson City Hall. Tag read "FRIPP".

Don't recognize it, but placed one of our group cards on the driverside window. Hopefully the owner will show up.

yes, i met him just now. i have him pull over on pecos and he gave me his phone #. he said he'll go on prime tonight. he lives 5 minutes away from me.
