Vehicle was recovered by Glendale, AZ police this afternoon (Saturday, 12/12) shortly after noon somewhere in Glendale. Car was dirty from the mudstorm that blew through Arizona last Monday night. Thankfully the windows were left up for that little to-do. She was towed to an impound lot that will open again Monday a.m. at which point she can be picked up. One of the responded officers that responded was a car afficianado and said "Don't you guys know what this is...man..." and proceded to tell the other officers. To say they handled it with kid gloves was an understatement. He said it appeared drivable, nothing stripped from it except the shift knob. I won't know anything else until Monday.
Thanks to the Prime Administrator for focusing my efforts on notifying the community about my sudden loss Sunday night...thank you. Thanks to the community for all the support emotionally and willingness to keep an eye out in the neighboring communities...you all are a great group.
I guess the factory alarm is not "jiggle-key" proof, so I will be researching an upgrade to my alarm system...any input would be appreciated.

Thanks again one and all!!

Administrator, if you would again work your magic and place this appropriately for the widest prime audience, I would appreciate it...thanks, Tim.

CONGRATS!!!!! I was worried for you. I know my heart would absolutely break if I had my car stolen. Im sure you will fall in love with her all over again when you see her. Again, congrats bro!

Glad to hear it was recovered. I have had two vehicles stolen so I know what it feels like to have your pride and joy stolen. Let us know how everything goes.

North Carolina followed the story and we're all happy with this news!

Glad you got it back....might want to check out teletrac or lojack as an option too.

Make sure you garage the car if thats an option.

Congrats on recovering your ride:smile:. In addition to an alarm a detachable steering wheel might deter some thieves.

Awesome idea. Recommendations on a wheel setup? 330mm?

Spent this weekend going through stuff to whittle down the "Accumulated Move Syndrome..." Well heeded advice...thx man. T.

That's an awesome thought, thank everyone there for me... We have some dear friends that just moved there. Husband took head chef for UNC at Raleigh, I believe! Those kids are really lucky...he's an awesome chef!!

Tim.

Glad to hear that you got your baby back, luckily it appears to be taken for a joy ride. There really would be no reason to steal a NSX, nothing besides the brakes on our vehicle can be swapped on to other hondas. Usually if the car was stolen it would've been on a container ship being shipped off to a 3rd world country like gone in 60 seconds.

glad to hear the good news Tim... Next time try to plan STMPO mods for after the theft... that way the joy ride wouldnt be as much fun to the theives....

Regards

This is great news Tim! You are very lucky... I'm going to look into a Clifford security system for my car. Clifford is high end vehicle security.
