We're heading to Delray to visit my parents in Feb. I hadn't intended to but I saw a sale on plane tickets and jumped on it since they were pretty cheap. The problem is.... I can't find accommodations that are cheap. I'm just looking for a 1BR or suite w/fridge (so when we put the kids to bed we don't have to be silent) anywhere between FLL and PBI in a kid safe area.
I've tried priceline and hotwire for hotels and craigslist for rentals. It's pretty much coming out over $1000 no matter what I do. I may end up just canceling the trip and paying $$$ to rebook the tickets for a non-peak time.
