I had already did a search, but didn't really find anything concerning actual specs of NSX's that have been lowered.
My NSX has the Tein RE's and I just lowered the front a little more, so the car is somewhat aggressively low. Now it's time to get an alignment...
for the owner's with lowered NSX's, what alignment settings are you using for your cars? My car tends to understeer pretty badly. My tires are 225/35/18's and 285/30/18's, which I know doesn't help, but I would like the car to feel a little more neutral.
I just got a few specs from RM's Racing NSX, and they are using only -0.4 deg camber in the front and -1.5 deg in the rear. I don't think that I can even come close to those figures. They also said that I should +0.4 toe out in the front and 0 in the rear.
I'm guessing that I can't match those figures with the way my car is sitting, but I would appreciate any feedback from the other lowered NSX owner's on what settings they their cars at.
I'm looking for longevity of tires and decent cornering. my car is daily driven and gets a lot of straight line miles.
I also just purchased a set of comptech sway bars that I'm hoping to help reduce the front understeer. Would you guys set the front at full soft and medium in the rear? my teins are already set at full soft in the front, but the darn car still pushes.
thanks for all your help!
