Recaro brackets?

Does Chris at ScienceofSpeed have his brackets in yet? I heard that they were on the way, last time I checked, and only weighed 5.5 lbs. Not sure if they work with the Recaros, but he'd probably be a good resource to check!

Yes the Taitec seat rails that Science of Speed offers does fit the Recaro Pole Position seats as long as the seat side mount base is in between 270-310 mm

The Pole Position seat base does not fit between the sliders, as it is about 1mm too wide.

However, it can be mounted above the sliders (you'll loose about .5" by doing this). To do this, you need a Sparco or Recaro side mount slider. I can get the Sparco sliders in AL or steel.

The Pole Position is a very wide seat. For most people, I would recommend the SPG or another Sparco seat.

Yeap, both the NSX-R and NSX S, and S-zero uses pole positions. The R seats are covered in alcantara and only available in red and optional black. The type-S and S-zero pole positions are available in leather colored black and exterior color in the center. All OEM pole positioins seats have electronic sliders. Honda Japan only sells them together, seat and sliders, and cost about $6000 each!
