Just finished converting to a Downforce rear valence. I had to go to a single tip exhaust so my hardly used DT-X is in the for sale section. Thanks to SOS for the help on the Cantrell Endura light and the valence.

Looks great! It makes me miss my old 2002 valence.

1992 Grand Prix White. For some reason, it's tough to get a perfect match when painting aftermarket parts...so if you are thinking of adding anything - do it all at once.

The car looks great. I just picked up the exact rear valance for my '95. I noticed however the valance is slightly different from the OEM valance, especially the area just under the openings where the mesh is suppose to go. If I'm not mistaken the OEM valance has a little crease or line the runs straight across the lower lip of the valance where the paint and unpainted areas are separated. I'm not sure if I want to "manually" tape off that section to try and duplicate the OEM or simply did what you did, which looks great and simply paint it all the up to the veritical posts. I also couldn't tell from the pictures if you had the mesh installed. If you didn't why not?

Thanks...mesh is installed - painted "bumper black" and hard to see without a close-up. It came with the valance.

I'm not sure about the differences between this version and the 2002 - I know it's considerably less money, and the fit was perfect. Just paint and install. It even came with the actual Honda part new bracket. If you do the conversion...make sure and label where each bolt goes. Many look the same but are not - ask me why I say that ;)

Do you ever miss the way the old valence looked? I'm thinking of doing my valance but I really wanna keep my car stock/original.
