rear valance b/t exhaust

Can the plastic piece between and around the exhaust tips be purchased seperately? What are my alternatives to replacing it with stock parts (aftermarket?) Anyone ever repaired these things?

Mine melted a little with a RM exhaust, no complaints about the product, I just mounted the tips a little too close to the valance.

The rear valence is a single piece. My Mom's NSX had been cut and had some melted spots near that center piece; the new valence that just came in is black plastic, and runs the entire span of the rear bumper. The replacement piece will have to be painted. Don't recall the cost for the part, but the local body shop said $380 for paint and install (it's not a simple install).
