Actually, those two areas is where "a friend" _precisely_ does it. Your results may differ though...The tow trucks and such are contracted to show up at 4PM when the lanes go from 3 down to 2, reclaiming the parking lane.Prior to those times DOT has their "goal", not a quota mind you, of 75 tickets a day. An impound will insure they don't meet the goal and they get no credit for an impound.
