Rear brakes ~ calipers/drums?!?!?

I'm doing an NSX brake conversion to my Acura Legend coupe and was hoping y'all could help me out.

1. Are y'all's rear brakes drum/discs?
Explanation:
Mine are both drum and discs, utilizing the drum for the e-brake only, discs for stopping.

2. Does your e-brake use a cable to lock your perspective braking system directly, or hydraulicly?
Explanation:
Should be relatively clear why I asked this. If it's a rear drum/disc combo then the drums are cable activated, saving me a WHOLE lot of work.

3. How thick are the rear rotors?
Explanation:
My rears are single "disc" non-vented rotors and I will need to upgrade to your rear rotors. I'm curious about this because I just ordered a set of HRE's in 18 x 8, +55 offset.

4. Where is your master cylinder located? Is it typical with other Hondas as being interchangable?
Explanation:
If I'm going to be upgrading all around I'm going to have to upgrade my master cylinder.

Any other foreseeable issues?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Here to hope.

Matt as a new member you may not be too familiar with the Prime site yet - there is a lot of info you can get directly including a full service manual on-line at
http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Reference/1991_svcman/1991_svcman.htm

That should answer all your questions, but the rear brake is disc with an auxiliary cable operated e-brake.
There are many more details available in the FAQ section, if you hunt around in that.
Good Luck!

Disk/Vented/23mm thick rear/28mm thick front

Cable/Lever that pushes on the caliper piston and is self adjusting (sort off!)

See #1 Above

Located in the usual spot.

Proper Brake biasing with a front drive setup. It would seem to me that with a FWD you will have too much rear bias and you will see the back come around, but this is pure speculation on my part, no experience to relate to.

Oh, the specs I gave you are for 1991 NSX brakes.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Thanks a million, y'all.

I'm having my brother fabricate the rear mounts for me because he is the only one I know of who can get their hands onto the machinery to do so.

I'll let y'all know how it turns out.
