My 1991 NSX doesn't have a "V" type brace
over the engine. Just wondering if this type of
brace can be mounted onto my vehicle without
drilling any extra holes. Does anyone have one
to sell ?

Thanks.

NSX coupe doesn't have V brace. I think the V brace is made to support the extra weight when you have to roof place on it (for Targa).;)

The V-braces are for NSX-Ts only. All 91 to 94 built were coupes; there is only a straight or in-line brace in the engine compartment. The NSX-T requires additional brace for rigidity due to the T-top. It is not due to additional weight. Additional weight is due to additional structural reinforcement. You'll find that the 97+ coupes do not have any brace at all because of the use of stronger aluminum.

To answer your other question, no, you can't mount the triangular brace in an old coupe without drilling holes, since it bolts to the front of the engine compartment firewall.
