I know this post is awhile back.....and thought I bring this back to life. After spending many years in the corporate world running Secondary Marketing dept., I decided to go out in the field as a Subprime wholesale AE. Would love to work with our fellow nsxprime broker/loan officer.
I'm a financial planner, and ned a network of lenders, and realtors in various areas of so cal. I am in San Luis Obispo, but handle the benfits for the LA Sheriffs department and may pick up a large acount in San Bernadino. I advise all of my clients to own at least one piece of real estate, but am spooked to refer out of the yellow pages.

I don't expect any referral fees due to my licensing with the SEC. I just ask that you do whatever is right for my clients, and maybe reduce their cost by the amount you could have paid me as a fee.

I guess you need this information pronto and would get the most attention in this section since SOCAL is a hotbed for real estate related activities. Otherwise can't figure out the NSX connection. You starting a finance company for NSX's and high end cars?

I work for Lennar Homes the 3rd largest developer in Orange County and the Nation, as a Home Loan Advisor. Lennar purchased El Toro Air Base for the Great Park and new development of homes. We also have Central Park West High Rise towers in Irvine under construction as well as A-Town Anaheim with 9 high rise 34 story towers underway and of course Tustin Airbase is open, just to name a few.
