Real Time Racing NSX Win /Road Atlanta Weekend

I showed up at Road Atlanta to see the Speedvision GT race, and hopefully get to meet PD Cunningham. When I got to the pits I saw a silver NSX with Georgia plates, it was toting one of those new Bosch superchargers. Mark, (the owner of the car) is an NSX Prime member who I’m caravanning with to NSXPO, but have not yet met. I asked who owned the NSX, and met Mark, who graciously invited me to a lunch he arranged with his wife, various other NSX owners, and Team Real Time Racing. Very cool! I had PD sign my hard cover NSX book, asked a lot of questions, had lunch, asked a lot of questions, saw PD win the touring car class (1st win of the year), asked a lot of questions, met Andrew Real Times main builder, asked a lot of questions, watched PD win the GT class, asked a lot of questions, hung out w/Real Time in tech, aaloq, took some team photo’s, aaloq, they took photo’s of me in PD’s NSX, and asked some more questions. It was an awesome overload. Real Time will take 1st and 2nd overall in touring car, and PD has a chance to take the overall in GT. Never been done in the same year, the same team has also never won both classes in a single weekend.

A better subject would have been:

"Realtime Racing at Road Atlanta - Spoilers Inside"

Don't take this personally... I know you were just as excited to see their great performance as I would be.

I didn’t think about the concept of spoiling the race experience. I live on Speed Channel, and they reviewed the results the same day. For all it’s worth, I will put some effort into warning people in the future.

When does the GT class air?
