It's so hard to tell these days what is real or not, but this seems believable. Snakes that size are capable of eating some pretty big things.

The snake could possibly eat that thing, but it seems a bit hard to believe the snake would have the leverage in that location to be able to pull it up.

I've owned pythons. Leverage is their stock in trade.
