Readington (NJ) Balloon Festival this weekend

Anyone plan on going? What day - Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

Jan and I are thinking about it, but no definte plans yet. A mini gathering of NSX's there would be nice.

Hmmmm. It started raining about an hour ago and is getting worse. Forecast is now chance of thunderstorms through Sunday afternoon.

Saturday might be ok, I am leaning towards Saturday late afternoon early evening.

Frank, J and I used to go to these every year when they were at the Solberg Airport. They used to call them Balloonfests.
I remember Malcomb Forbes used to have several balloons there. One was the shape of a large rectangular building resembling a bank.
We had a 1947 red MGTC rhd with 19" wire wheels. Great fun with the basket attached to the boot full of wine, cheese and summer sausage. :biggrin::biggrin:

It would be fun to go again, this time with an NSX.
