Would like to re polish my HRE wheels since they are getting a bit dull. Anyone know somewhere in Orange County or any mobile services? What is the typical cost for something like this?

This can be DIY'ed. Most HRE wheels have a clearcoat. If you do, you will to strip it first then use any metal polishing compound.

For stripping the clear coat, I used any paint stripper from Home Depot ( http://m.homedepot.ca/product/ProductDetails.aspx?productid=912210&lang=EN). After you strip the paint, you will notice the metal underneath is pretty much flawless. If not, for metal polishing, I used Blue Magic ( http://bluemagicusa.com/index.php/blue_magic/products/210). Both products require a good ventilated area.
So the clear coat is causing it to get a bit dull? Can I damage the rims at all by using the paint stripper? Sorry for all the questions...just want to make sure I understand. Thanks
