I attempted many searches and couldn't find the info... what is the member's profile name that I need to contact to do the fuel injector cleaning? (when I search "rc fuel injector cleaning" hundreds of results come up containing just the word "fuel" or "cleaning" etc)

+1 I just went to the site, filled out the form, and shipped my injectors out. They came back to me within 72 hours all clean and minty.

Bats, those products will not replace a full cleaning and balancing. I run Techron at every oil change and my injectors still were badly clogged.

I have had significant improvement, many times, from the RC fuel injector service. It is amazing the difference in the engine performance, not to mention curing a few illusive/intermittent "lean" condition codes. This is particularly true in cars that sit around and the injectors get varnished up over time.

My guess is that all fuel contains wax and, over time and even under flow, it builds up on the surfaces. Remember, we are talking about very small passages in the injectors. It doesn't take much.

PolyEther Amine is one of the best components for a good injector cleaner.

Redline SI-1 has the most (50%).

Whenever I change my oil (around 10k miles running Pennzoil Ultra) I run a bottle of SI-1 in the gas tank.

Never had clogged injectors or wax build up (symptoms or when the injectors were removed for inspection in 2 of my engine rebuild projects).

Chevron Techron - I never had good luck or impression with Chevron ANYTHING (lost a few engines while running their fuel)
