Rattle?

I just got my car and I notice what sounds like tin foil scrunching up when I accelerate on take off.

Sounds is coming from underneath the steering wheel to the left.

Anyone else hear "funny" noises from this area?

That is a new one

The common one is some vibration sound from the doors (near the mirrors and they have a lube to apply that works about half the time)

Well it did not make the noise this morning, so it might have been ice separating from the A/C.

I had it set on the coldest setting yesterday and the humidity was very high.

Didn't find any condensation puddles underneath.

This car is bitchin.

There really should be a puddle. Especially in high humidity.

I agree, however, all the condensation may have been expelled or drained.

All I know is that when I readjusted the A/C, no noise the next day.

Rattle is still happening, but it appears that it might be temperature related, in that how low the A/C is set for.

A tiny bit annoying.

Full cold was when I first noticed it.

Hmmm. Well I'm not futile enough to try and diagnose that over the internet. But it's not normal. So you'll need to take that in to the dealer when you're ready so they can figure it out.

The good news is that since you're in Torrance, I guarantee you that problem will get handled. If the local dealer NSX technician needs help, the very best there is for solving problems on the new NSX is based in Torrance at American Honda headquarters.
